How To Use: After moistening the mouth, wet the toothbrush with water, use a small spoon to pick up a spoonful of tooth powder and spread it on the toothbrush. You can also directly use the toothbrush to dip a proper amount of tooth powder, brush your teeth normally for 2-3 minutes, and leave it in the mouth for 5-10 minutes before spitting it out.
